We were sitting in church today, and I had Mae in one arm and Magoo snuggled up against me in the other. And I noticed just how full my arms were.
We came into our house, and I saw all of our pictures and books and blankets, all the memories of times gone by, and I noticed just how full my home was.
And then when we were at the girls’ birthday party with all of our loved ones running around, playing with and loving my children, I realized just how full my heart was.
We live in a world of famine and feast. There are times that can bring us to our knees and others that make us want to reach up into the Heavens to thank God for all we have been given.
I am so grateful I was able to take a look around and notice the fullness of my life and the joy bestowed upon me.
Truly, this is a blessed life.
